It is a working session, not a sales call. We go through the systems your business runs on and the work that moves between them: who touches what, where things wait, where the same information gets entered twice, and the places a machine could carry the load without anyone losing control of the outcome.

You do not need a specification, a data audit, or any idea of which tools exist. Describing the work in your own words is enough, including the exceptions your team handles informally.

Length

120 minutes, one to one. Remote, or in person in Albuquerque.

Cost

$250, taken when you book. An in-person visit may add a separate travel expense.

Afterwards

A written report, yours to keep and to act on with anyone.

The report is the reason this is worth paying for. It is written for you to use, including with another firm, and it covers:

• The route your work takes today, system by system, including the handoffs nobody wrote down.
• Where the time actually goes, and roughly what that costs in hours.
• Which steps are worth automating first, and why those before the others.
• What each would take to build, and where a person has to stay in the loop.
• What to leave alone, and the honest reason it is a bad candidate.

If the answer is that your process does not need AI, the report says so plainly. That is still a useful hour, and you keep the map either way.

It suits you if you already suspect where the drag is and want a straight answer on it quickly rather than a proposal, or if you simply want someone to look at the whole stack once, properly.
