$99/year
After a $500 build. Someone else does the work.
Albuquerque, NM
Built for you once, then $99 a year to keep it online. There is no page builder to learn and no dashboard you are expected to log into. You talk to us for twenty minutes, and then you have a website.
$500 to build · $99 a year after that · you own your own domain
The page builders charge every month because they are renting you software you then have to operate yourself. This is the opposite deal: we do the work, and the yearly fee only covers keeping it online.

Published list prices on annual billing, checked . They change, so check them. Cheaper hosting than any of this exists if you are willing to build and maintain the site yourself. That is the part being priced here, not the server.
Home, services, about, service area, contact. Enough for a business that needs to look real and be reachable, and not a page more.
Your number is the biggest thing on the screen and one tap dials it. For most local trades the phone is the sale, so the page is designed around it rather than around a form nobody fills in.
Static pages on a global content network, with no page-builder weight and no plugin stack behind them. It will be as quick in a year as it is on launch day, because there is nothing in it that accumulates.
Title tags, descriptions, and LocalBusiness structured data that tells Google your name, number, hours and service area in the format it reads.
We tell you exactly which name to buy and where, you buy it on your own card for about $15 a year, and we point it at the site. It is never in our name, so if you ever leave it is already yours and there is nobody to ask.
You talk for twenty minutes about what you do and who calls you. We write the words. You approve them before anything goes live.
The yearly price stays this low because the product is narrow. Here is the edge of it, up front, rather than after you have paid.
Twenty minutes on what you do, who calls you, and what you want them to do when they land. No brief to prepare.
You send a logo and whatever photographs you have. If you have none, we will tell you exactly what to shoot on a phone.
You see it on a real link before anyone else does, and one round of changes is included.
On the domain you bought, in your name from the start, linked from your Google listing. Then you go back to running the business.
The honest part
If you are a towing company, a plumber, or a shop, the calls come from your Google listing, not from someone browsing your site. The website matters because the listing needs somewhere credible to point, and because people check you exist before they dial.
So we will say this plainly: a website alone may not move your phone. What usually moves it is the listing itself, meaning the right category, real photographs, hours that are correct, and reviews that keep arriving. That is a separate piece of work and we price it separately, because bundling it would hide which one you are actually paying for.
Ask about it on the same call. If your listing is the constraint and your website is not, you will hear that before you spend $500.
Because there is almost nothing to pay for. The page is static, so it sits on a content network and serves itself. There is no server rented in your name, nothing licensed, and no software that needs patching next month. Page builders charge monthly because what they sell you is software, and software has to be kept running whether you use it or not. The $99 covers hosting, the certificate, and someone noticing if it goes down. Your domain is separate and you buy it yourself, about $15 a year, so that it is genuinely yours.
Nothing, which is the point. A static site has no updates to install and nothing on our side that expires. The one thing to keep an eye on is your own domain renewal, so put it on a card that will not expire. You will not hear from us unless something breaks or you want a change. If you would rather have someone actively working on your visibility every month, that is Google Business Profile management, and it is a separate service with a separate price.
Yes, and more completely than usual: you buy the domain yourself, so it is in your name and on your card from day one and we never hold it. If you stop paying the annual fee we take the site offline, but the domain keeps renewing to you and we will hand over the files. You are not locked in, and nothing here is built to make leaving difficult.
The build includes one round of revisions before launch. After that, small changes are quoted and usually inexpensive: a new phone number, updated hours, a service added. We do not sell an unlimited-changes plan, because the ones that exist are priced for the customer who asks every week, and everyone else subsidizes them.
The constraint is you, not us. Once we have your details, your photos and twenty minutes of conversation, the build is quick. Most of the delay in projects like this is waiting on the business to send over a logo or confirm their hours.
No, and anyone promising that is guessing. A website is the thing Google sends people to once you already rank; what usually decides local ranking is your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and whether your details are consistent across the web. We will tell you honestly whether a website is even your constraint, and if it is not, we will say which thing is.
The structure is consistent, because the structure is what works: a clear name, what you do, where you do it, and an obvious way to call you. The content, the photographs and the words are yours. It will not look like a stock template, and it will not look like every other site we build.
Tell us what your business does and we will tell you whether a website is worth it for you, and what it would cost. If the answer is that you need something else first, you will hear that instead.
